Look at the joints and cracks. Do you have… - Missing or lack of a flexible (rubber) sealant in the joints. (Many new homes simply have the joints cut) - Sand, dirt, weeds, grass or other debris embedded in the joint(s) - Broken joint edges, random cracks or slabs shifting up or down. - Cedar boards that may be loose, broken, depressed or allow water intrusion. Process: Our process typically includes: - Cleaning and removal of old sealants and expansion materials - “V” saw grooving of unfit joints - Crack chasing with a diamond “V” groove saw - Thoroughly cleaning the driveway surface, joints, and cracks with high pressure water - Sealing joints and cracks with limestone or colored polyurethane to provide a clean and tight seal (In cases of deep cracks, a backing material is required) BEFORE CUT
